Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged during delivery.
- Wrong product has been delivered.
- Product has a manufacturing defect.
- Order cannot be fulfilled by Shelvira.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The product has been used or installed.
- The product is damaged due to improper handling.
- The product differs slightly in color or texture due to screen settings or natural wood grain.
- Customized or made-to-order furniture.
Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, your refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
